Our team at Chase Family Health is dedicated to providing convenient, quality and affordable healthcare to Battle Lake and the surrounding communities. Our provider, John G. Chase, is an Advanced Family Nurse Practitioner and a Doctor of Chiropractic. Together with Lori, they work to provide a wide range of medical services to individuals of all ages in the lakes area.

We are a walk in medical care clinic that provides illness and injury care, chiropractic care as well as sports physicals and CDL/DOT physicals. We are able to provide prescriptions, digitial x-rays, sutures, foreign object removal, skin tag/wart removal, nutritional counseling and injections as well as blood draws/testing.

He is conveniently located along Highway 210 in Battle Lake and there is even room to park your semi while you get your exam! Walk In/Same Day appointments available Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday! We charge $100. Stop in today!

We are now able to offer on site, digital x-rays for all of our patients! We have purchased a Fujifilm FDR D-EVO digital xray system that allows us the ability to take the x-ray, instantly view the x-ray on the computer screen and within minutes we can provide a CD with your images. This is a great addition to our practice and improves our ability to provide quick, convenient care for our patients!
