John G. Chase, D.C., A.P.R.N., C.N.P
John spent much of his childhood in the lakes area growing up at Ethel Beach Resort. However, his parents split there time between Arizona and Minnesota as snowbirds so John graduated from high school in Arizona. From there, he joined the US Army where he participated in Operation Desert Storm in Iraq. After being honorably discharged from the military, John enrolled in began his college career.
John graduated from Logan College of Chiropractic in Chesterfield, Missouri in 1999. He joined a Chiropractic clinic in Laughlin, Nevada that same year. Over the years, their operation continued to grow expanding into two practices, with one in Fort Mohave, Arizona and one in Laughlin, Nevada. While in the Arizona area, John and his family enjoyed many outdoor activities such as water sports and desert ATV riding. When their daughter, Brittany graduated from high school in 2010, John decided that it was time to return to Minnesota to raise their two small boys, Troy and Eli.
In 2015, John completed his Family Nurse Practitioner degree and in 2016 received his Advanced Practice Registered Nurse license. He and his wife opened up Chase Family Health Medical Clinic with the mission of creating a walk-in clinic that could provide convenient, quality and affordable healthcare for the Battle Lake community and surrounding areas.
